ACS personnel management system is designed to ensure that the requisite number of cleaning staff are always available to perform their scheduled services, and that there is effective and adequate cover for individual personnel in the event of sickness or other unavoidable absence.
In recruiting its staff, ACS combines face-to-face interviews, aptitude and skill assessment tests and official checks. In every case, individuals are required to confirm that they have no unspent criminal convictions, and ACS checks this information with the Criminal Records Bureau. Where appropriate, individuals are required also to supply proof of eligibility to work in the UK and to provide copies of medical certification.
